Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience; post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet combined requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet accuracy standards in high-volume processing.
• Ability to research and resolve problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-based environment.
• Previous operations, processing or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
