StepStone Family & Youth Services seeks an organized Business Manager to lead financial, administrative, and operational functions across multiple programs. This role focuses on revenue cycle, accounts payable, payroll, and client funds, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.

The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience, billing proficiency, and strong systems management skills to support youth and families served by the program.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience.
• One year of medical or relevant billing experience.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee Revenue Cycle accounts receivable, client financial records, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Supervise Office Coordinator and day-to-day administrative functions for multiple programs.
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls and payroll processing workflows.
• Ensure accurate client billing and maximize reimbursement where applicable.
• Manage client funds per policy and coordinate with Corporate departments for finance and payroll
