Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience required.
• One year of medical or relevant billing experience required.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capable of working with highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle accounts receivable, client funds, and payroll.
• Manage day-to-day business and administrative functions for multiple programs.
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls, including payroll processing and asset tracking.
• Ensure accurate client billing and maximum reimbursement where applicable.
• Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing and timing of payments.
• Coordinate with corporate departments on administrative functions such as finance and payroll.
