Job summary

MMP Capital is hiring a Financial Operations Manager in the United States to oversee front-end onboarding workflows and post-booking financial operations for servicing of leased/financed portfolios.

You will manage payment processing, cash application, and contract billing, while coordinating with Technology, Credit, Sales, and Operations to improve data quality and reporting. A strong background in LMS platforms and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cash application, reconciliation, billing, and post-booking servicing in commercial finance.
• Experience operating lease/loan management systems and servicing platforms.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations workflows including payment processing, cash application, billing reconciliation, and post-booking servicing activities.
• Oversee the lease/loan management system with cross-functional collaboration to improve data integrity and reporting.
• Lead and develop the Financial Operations team, monitor SLAs, and maintain control procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Develop and analyze operational reports and dashboards to track KPIs and portfolio performance.
• Support system implementations, testing, and documentation for servicing platform initiatives.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in handling sensitive data.
