  • Experience in financial analysis or related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process lien satisfaction requests and insurance policies to maintain up-to-date loan records.
  • Pull and schedule payments such as documentation fees and other applicable charges in accordance with loan agreements.
  • Communicate proactively with sales representatives and lending partners regarding deal status and requirements.
  • Book and board new loans into the appropriate underwriting and management systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Deactivate loans sold to business partners and ensure proper documentation filing or delivery via FedEx.

Job description

The Mid-Level Loan Processor plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient booking of new loans, directly contributing to the organization's funding success. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication to facilitate smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with lending standards
  • Prepare funding packages for new loans, implementing automated data quality checks to minimize errors
  • Process lien satisfaction requests and insurance policies to maintain up-to-date loan records
  • Pull and schedule payments such as documentation fees and other applicable charges in accordance with loan agreements
  • Communicate proactively with sales representatives and lending partners regarding deal status and requirements
  • Book and board new loans into the appropriate underwriting and management systems accurately and efficiently
  • Deactivate loans sold to business partners and ensure proper documentation filing or delivery via FedEx
