Job summary

Maximus Global Services seeks a Finance Lead to own unit finances, drive accurate billing, collections, and asset management while ensuring adherence to policy and ethics.

You will partner with headquarters and airline customers, prepare billing backups, monitor cash flow, and produce monthly performance analyses to support strategic decisions.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting and record-keeping principles.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare billing backups and maintain service records.
• Aggressively pursue collections and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Track assets and report inventory monthly to HQ.
• Analyze business unit performance vs prior periods and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement and manage office supplies and station.
• Generate invoices in ERP and liaise with HQ finance.
• Provide weekly hours budget and variance explanations to CFO.
