Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program relevant to business/finance/data analytics.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Onsite availability in Akron, OH with part-time to full-time weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data related to Agent of Record changes across systems.
• Monitor and update codes tied to accounts involved in AOR changes.
• Support reconciliations for Third-Party Money Manager accounts with external vendors.
• Help resolve commission payment discrepancies to ensure accurate processing.
• Verify account statuses to ensure timely commission processing.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives within financial operations.
