AmeriLife is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to support our marketing account management team. This internship provides hands-on experience with marketing data, reporting, and operational processes within a financial services environment.

You will help with data management, reporting accuracy, compliance support, and content organization while gaining exposure to how marketing drives business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Interest in financial services and marketing operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation and maintenance of recurring marketing reports by gathering, organizing, and updating data.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting outputs and campaigns.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and workflow tracking.
• Support the reapproval process for sunset marketing materials and compliance workflows.
• Organize marketing assets and maintain version control across shared platforms.
• Document repeatable tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Gain mentorship from marketing leadership within a regulated financial services environment.
• Develop foundational skills in data management and business analytics.
