Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Financial Operations Audit AI & Automation Specialist to lead modernization of the FOA function in Maitland, FL. The role combines internal audit expertise with data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled auditing techniques to improve efficiency and coverage.

You will manage engagements, mentor staff, and advance FOA methodologies, including continuous auditing and automated testing, while collaborating with stakeholders to communicate objectives and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of internal audit, public accounting, or related assurance role.
• Experience modernizing audits with AI, continuous auditing, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial and operational audits per approved plans.
• Evaluate internal controls including SOX/ICFR.
• Draft audit observations and recommendations for reports.
• Apply data analytics and automation to audit planning and testing.
• Mentor junior team members and support methodology enhancements.
