Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company seeks an Operations Advisor Management Specialist/Analyst to support the Life OAM team. The role is hybrid and based in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE, handling complex inquiries for in-force life business and cultivating relationships with financial professionals.

Required: FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 at application, 2+ years CMD Operations, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registrations required at time of application.
• 2+ years CMD Operations experience, focused on communication and service support with customers.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced understanding of CMD annuity and/or life products, workflows and operations services.
• Strong relationship management and customer service orientation.
• Excellent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate complex inquiries for Inforce Life business and support assigned insurance firms.
• Maintain high trust and growth opportunities through proactive relationship management.
• Identify customer issues, explain procedures clearly, and drive issue resolution.
• Monitor escalated cases and ensure timely, accurate processing and communications.
• Provide consultations to ensure post-issue resolution for complex cases.
