Job summary

Triple J in Tamuning, Guam, is seeking an Accounting Associate to support daily accounting operations. The role includes data entry, AR/AP processing, reconciliations, and journal entries to keep the general ledger accurate and timely.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in accounting or finance and have 1–2 years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of general accounting practices. This is a full-time, exempt position in an office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1–2+ years of related accounting experience preferred.
• Understanding of general accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and verify supporting documentation.
• Record AR receipts and maintain customer records.
• Prepare account reconciliations and schedules.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with AP processing and vendor invoices.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
