Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Process transactions including wires, transfers, trade settlements, and account updates.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as trading, compliance, and portfolio management to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in preparing client reports, statements, and performance summaries.
