Kinder Morgan Inc. is seeking an Operations Administrator at the Sheridan, TX facility to support the daily upkeep of financial recordkeeping and processing.

You will assist the Operations Manager and Engineering Manager with timely handling of financial documents, invoicing allocations, and monthly budgets and forecasts. The role requires strong Excel skills, budgeting ability, and experience with MS Office applications.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in business or technical field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Strong budgeting and financial tracking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Assist facility Operations Manager and Engineering Manager with timely and accurate processing of financial documents and allocations.
• Handle monthly accrual reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor the facility's O&M budget of about $3M and ensure precise data processing.
• Maintain data records and perform other financial data processing tasks as needed.
• Support data upkeep and recordkeeping for the asset's operations.
