• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Assist facility Operations Manager and Engineering Manager with timely and accurate processing of financial documents.
• Handle invoice allocations, monthly accrual reporting, and monthly budget and forecast reporting.
• Support the operation of the Houston Central Processing asset with accurate data processing.
