Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior Specialist, Financial Navigator to guide patients through their financial journey during their stay at Ardent-Portneuf Medical Center on-site in Pocatello, Idaho. The Navigator will assist with Medicaid and financial assistance applications, screen patients, and serve as the onsite point person for financial services to reduce confusion across departments.

Competenze

• Experience in multiple areas of the revenue cycle preferred (financial counselor, eligibility, self-pay)
• Prior Patient Access or physician-based experience is a plus
• Willingness to innovate including AI to improve processes and reduce friction

Mansioni

• Screen self-pay patients bedside and assist with Medicaid/Financial Assistance applications
• Provide financial counseling and education to patients
• Coordinate with case management, social workers, and physician liaisons
• Help create and communicate estimates and POS collections
• Meet productivity and KPI targets and participate in process improvement
