Job summary

Eckard Enterprises, LLC is seeking a hybrid marketer/designer to package investment products into clear client-facing materials. You will craft client presentations, organize complex financial content, and manage email and digital campaigns to reach clients and prospects.

You’ll work under the Marketing Manager, independently driving projects, improving templates, and delivering on tight schedules. Strong design, writing, and campaign skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing, design, or communications experience, preferably in finance.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong layout, hierarchy and visual detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva; build templates.
• Portfolio or work samples showing client-facing presentations and content organization.
• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent grammar.

Responsibilities

• Design and build polished, on-brand client presentations for meetings, events, and internal use.
• Turn dense financial concepts into clear visuals and narratives for a novice.
• Create and maintain a template system for faster, consistent decks.
• Structure educational content from foundational to advanced and write clear copy for blogs and clients.
• Identify gaps in content and propose ideas to fill them.
• Maintain brand standards across deliverables and improve templates for campaigns.
• Build, segment, test, and deploy email campaigns from start to finish, then analyze results.
• Produce graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for digital channels.
• Review materials for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
