Job summary

GW&K Investment Management is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain print and digital marketing content across Institutional, Advisory, and Private Wealth channels.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Creative & Operations Team to produce collateral, web content, and email campaigns using Microsoft Office and Adobe tools, while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 5+ years in marketing production or financial communications.
• Strong technical ability with Microsoft Office and Excel for graphs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design fundamentals required.
• Experience with Seismic or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.
• CMS and MAP familiarity (WordPress, HubSpot) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial data into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate to develop materials: factsheets, presentations, brochures, sales materials.
• Manage content lifecycle from concept to distribution with stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing collateral content and data in Seismic; ensure accuracy.
• Support quarterly updates and ensure timely distribution of materials.
• Adhere to GW&K brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance reviews and maintain brand integrity across assets.
• Apply design principles to create templates and investment graphics.
