NexPoint Advisors LP is seeking a marketing professional with exceptional writing and communication skills, strong project management, and experience crafting content for investor channels. You will report to the Managing Director of Marketing and handle collateral, sales decks, print production, websites, campaigns, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or finance-related training is a plus.
• Onsite full-time role in Dallas, TX.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Experience in financial services and/or real estate preferred.
• Ability to translate complex financial products into clear marketing messages.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and relationship skills.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing materials across channels (email, events, website, social, paid ads).
• Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and sales to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Develop material with sales and national accounts and adapt to changing needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, print production, bids, and billing for collateral and promos.
• Assist Business Development and other teams on ad-hoc projects as needed.
