Mayvin, Inc. is seeking a Financial Management Specialist to support a Federal Law Enforcement agency in Washington, DC.

You will provide expert administrative and financial support, tracking obligations and processing payments to partner agencies. Responsibilities include preparing and editing spreadsheets and charts, tracking expenditures to ensure compliance with the Anti-Deficiency Act, and assisting with invoice submissions and prior approvals for equipment-related expenditures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant financial management experience.
• Availability to work late evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive partner relationships.
• Familiarity with law enforcement operations and terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, create, format, and edit spreadsheets, presentations, and charts.
• Track expenditures incurred to ensure compliance with the Anti-Deficiency Act, 31 U.S.C. § 1341.
• Assist the Partner Agency in securing prior approval for expenditures on equipment used to support requests.
• Assist the Partner Agency with submitting invoices within deadlines established by the MOU.
• Review invoices for accuracy and consistency with record-keeping formats.
• Support OFM in processing payments to Partner Agencies through internal financial tools.

Mayvin is seeking a Financial Management Specialist to support a broader mission within a Federal Law Enforcement agency in Washington, D.C., by providing expert administrative and financial support.
