Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Financial Management Analyst within the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) to perform multiple financial activities across FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, and Accounting. You will consolidate results and produce timely reporting, including government cost and schedule earned value management.

You will develop forward-looking analytics, provide recommendations to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors degree
  • Experience in financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling
  • Active DoD Secret clearance (preferred) and proficiency with MS Office tools

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting including variance analysis and trend identification
  • Consolidate data from multiple financial systems into actionable recommendations
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting including government cost and EVMS reporting
  • Develop forward-looking analytics and visualizations to inform financial strategy
  • Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders and support proposal development and negotiations
  • Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC and US GAAP

Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Basic Qualifications

Desired Skills
  • Experience in Systems, Applications Products Software (SAP).
  • Experience in Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
  • Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
  • Experience in cost/reporting systems similar to CostView, Deltek Cobra or Cost Point.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
