Glenn County invites applications for the Financial Management Analyst I/II in Orland, CA, within the Health and Human Services Agency. This full-time, in-person role supports budgeting, financial reporting, grants and contract administration, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will perform complex analyses with independent judgement, mentor junior staff, and contribute to improving financial systems and reporting accuracy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, or a closely related field.
• 1 year of professional accounting or financial analysis experience (I).
• 1 year of professional accounting or financial analysis experience as Financial Management Analyst I in Glenn County, or two years in another entity.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in development and implementation of analytical studies for short and long-range financial planning.
• Performs professional-level financial management and program analysis including budget and financial reporting, grants management and reporting, and contract administration.
• Develops and administers budgets; monitors revenues and expenditures; prepares budget reports and analyses.
