U.S. Pacific Fleet in Hawaii seeks a Financial Management Analyst for NMCPAC East Asia Division.

You will support budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial operations across programs and activities. You will develop complex budget estimates, assess costs and risks, and advise management on resource allocation while applying accounting and internal control practices to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in NMCPAC EAST ASIA DIVISION.

You will perform comprehensive financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial operations for organizational programs and activities.

You will develop and refine complex budget estimates and financial plans to ensure compliance with guidance from the Department of War (DoW) and Department of the Navy (DON).

You will conduct complex financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs and administrative operations.

You will performs comprehensive financial studies, including cost-benefit analyses and evaluations of alternative funding strategies, to advise management on resource allocation.

You will apply accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of organizational financial information, particularly in response to evolving guidelines for the work.

You will perform complex work involving multiple accounting and financial systems to ensure audit readiness and full regulatory compliance.
