Job summary

The Department of Child Services' Child Support Services unit seeks a Financial Integrity Operations Manager to oversee financial processing operations. You will lead supervisors of specialized teams, ensure accurate and timely child support payments, and maintain strong internal controls.

This role drives process improvements, coordinates with vendors and internal departments, and handles escalated payment and account issues while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial operations or similar management role.
• Mastery knowledge of child support programs and federal/state laws governing them.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare monthly accounting reports.
• Strong supervisory and staff development capabilities.
• Experience managing internal controls, quality checks, and compliance protocols.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and coordinate across departments.
