Job summary

The State of Indiana's Department Of Child Services seeks a Financial Integrity Operations Manager to oversee processing accuracy, internal controls, and timely resolution of payments. The role leads supervisors across multiple units and collaborates with IT, Finance, Legal and Customer Service to drive accountability and improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial operations, governance, and related processes.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws governing child services programs.
• Ability to develop policies, manage workflow, and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to supervisors overseeing Financial Integrity units.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all child support payments.
• Oversee exception handling and resolution for payment reviews.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, quality checks, and performance metrics.
• Support supervisors in workload management and staff development.
• Lead efforts to reduce undistributed collections and ensure proper fund allocation.
• Coordinate with financial vendors, IT, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve issues and enhance workflows.
• Prepare reports for leadership and participate in audits and regulatory reviews.
