Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Up to 3 years of related experience in data sets and client problem solving.
• Strong research and quantitative abilities demonstrated in theses or seminars.
• Ability to explain economic, financial, and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency with statistical software (Stata, Python, R, SAS).
• Excellent written and oral communication and leadership potential.
• Interest in consulting with coursework and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sophisticated economic, financial, and strategic analysis in a project-based environment.
• Develop familiarity with data inputs such as company financials, Census, macro data, and survey data.
• Work collaboratively with senior-led teams, including respected scholars and industry experts.
• Ensure reliability of analysis via peer review, focusing on robustness of results.
• Develop familiarity with research tools relevant to the practice area.
• Assemble compelling evidence from data and research to support opinions and recommendations.
• Interact with clients by participating in client meetings, often via conference calls and WebEx sessions.
