You will collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, and IS partners to deliver reliable data solutions that empower business users with accurate insights. Ideal candidates bring SQL/data analytics expertise, Python or R skills, and a track record of implementing scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in SQL and data analysis; Python or R for data transformation.
• Ability to learn new tech, troubleshoot data issues, and improve processes.
• Clear communication; document requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized and analytical with structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and maintenance of financial data products, including data discovery, curation, semantic model updates, testing, deployment support, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, Finance and Actuarial users, IS partners, and team members to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Contributes to modernization by improving model performance, data controls, and repeatable logic; supports adoption of analytics tools.
• Follows team standards for documentation, version control, validation, access/security, automation, deployment readiness, and backup coverage.
• Contributes to reliable, scalable, and consumable data solutions aligned with company mission.
