Job summary

Lynch Consultants, LLC is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to support the FIAR initiative at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. This onsite role focuses on operationalizing financial data automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled mission support to strengthen audit readiness.

You'll integrate data from multiple sources, develop dashboards and reports, and implement data quality processes while collaborating with government and contractor teams to scale repeatable analytic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant data analytics, reporting, or automation experience.
• Active Secret Clearance with eligibility to maintain.
• Intermediate Python skills for data manipulation and validation.
• Intermediate SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
• Intermediate Databricks experience in enterprise data platforms.
• Intermediate accounting knowledge to analyze financial data.
• Intermediate substantive analytical procedures experience.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, transform, validate, and analyze Air Force financial data from multiple sources.
• Develop analytics solutions including reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Create data cleansing scripts and repeatable workflows to improve quality.
• Support automation use cases linking FM data sources and processes.
• Assist with AI- and analytics-enabled solutions for audit readiness.
• Apply OCR to extract data from documents and non-standard inputs.
• Support AI/ML tools in secure, client-directed environments.
• Present analytic findings and recommendations to stakeholders across teams.
