ifm efector, inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Business Process & Automation to drive enterprise-wide process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives. The role partners with all functions and reports to the CFO/COO, emphasizing cross-functional alignment and ROI-driven projects.

The ideal candidate combines data-driven thinking with curiosity about how the business operates, and can navigate systems access and stakeholder needs to deliver timely, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or digital transformation.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system, and with Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable data visualization tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery to identify inefficiencies and automation potential.
• Design and govern BPMN process models to align business and IT.
• Design and implement automation across CRM, ERP, and collaboration tools.
• Develop and evolve AI-enabled use cases for go-to-market and operations.
