Job summary

CoxHealth, a leading healthcare system, seeks a Financial Analyst to transform data into actionable business intelligence and support budgeting, market analyses, and strategic projects. This on-campus role collaborates with clinical leaders and finance teams to optimize financial performance.

Based in Springfield, you will contribute to a robust service portfolio and work closely with hospital operations to deliver insights and drive fiscal improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
Preferred: Master's in Healthcare Administration or MBA.
2–3 years of related experience preferred.
Ability to develop and interpret analytical models.
Strong communication with clinical leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze data sets and provide business intelligence for strategic initiatives and key corporate projects.
Support annual budget process.
Assist with certificate of need applications.
Conduct market share analyses.
Support other ad hoc projects as needed.
