Foundever is hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality support for lending products across voice and digital channels. You will resolve loan and servicing inquiries, guide customers through payment steps, and handle specialized requests following defined procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work in our Orem, UT site. Training is provided, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a global CX leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact center environments.
• Clear, professional communication under pressure.
• Ability to learn quickly and navigate multiple systems while staying accurate.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States, at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Resolve lending and loan-servicing inquiries across phone, email, and messaging.
• Support servicing needs, including accounts up to 120 days past due.
• Guide customers through in-app payment steps and available options.
• Handle intake, documentation, and routing for specialized requests (hardship, SCRA, bankruptcy, regulatory complaints, refunds).
• Identify, document, and elevate product issues and customer-impacting trends.
• Update and follow support documentation and workflows to ensure accuracy.
