Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology or systems.

Responsibilities

Answer questions about 401k balances and withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
Provide education or resources to customers.
Join a training cohort during the first 14 weeks, starting with basic customer calls and progressing to more complex calls.
Continuing to handle customer calls to develop skills and participate in team activities and coaching.
