Job summary

PlanMember Financial Corporation in Carpinteria, CA seeks a Financial Services Representative (FSR-Tier1) to handle client calls, gather information, and resolve issues. The role starts with 8 weeks of SIT training to prepare you for licensure toward FINRA Series 6/7, with opportunities for advancement through SIT tiers.

Starting salary is $55,000 annually with a Licensing Incentive Program, plus a generous benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401k company match, discretionary

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree (any major) required.
• A desire and curiosity to learn the financial services industry.
• Previous experience with customer services is a plus.
• Previous experience in a service center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer client inbound calls and/or transfer calls as requested.
• Gather information as it relates to clients' inquiries.
• Place outgoing calls as required (no cold calls).
• Perform routine/assigned follow up tasks.
• Provide exceptional service to clients.
• Handle Return Mail Inquiries.
• Process transactions and provide information relating to client accounts.
• Refer daily support questions to more tenured employees.
• Position includes comprehensive SIT training for the first 8 weeks of employment.
