Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of hospital registration experience, HFMA CRCR and NAHAM CHAA within a year, and knowledge of billing and coding; Epic experience preferred. Full-time, day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years experience in Patient Access or Patient Accounting for hospital registration and/or reimbursement services.
• Obtain HFMA CRCR and NAHAM CHAA within one year of hire.
• Understanding of basic billing and coding.

Responsibilities

• Researches, collects & analyzes information; identifies opportunities and leads through resolution.
• Distributes analytical reports and supports performance improvement activities.
• Collaborates on outcomes-based initiatives and supports leadership decision making.
