Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a data analyst to support operational projects and performance improvement efforts. You will research, collect and analyze data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve patient experience and business outcomes.

A strong foundation in medical terminology and coding is required, with HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA certifications expected within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one year of hire.
• Medical terminology required & knowledge of diagnostic & procedural coding
• Insurance verification with the ability to explain benefits, secure necessary authorizations

Responsibilities

• Researches, collects & analyzes information; identifies opportunities, develops solutions and leads through resolution.
• Distributes analytical reports and develops educational materials.
• Supports performance improvement activities and patient experience initiatives; uses data to inform leadership decisions.
