The Financial Coordinator Part-Time processes vendor invoices and maintains accurate financial records. This role supports the accounting team by performing accounts payable functions, assisting with month-end activities, and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience: 2+ years of accounts payable, accounting, or finance experience preferred. Experience with accounting systems (Microix and MIP)
Language: English
This position is situated within a professional office environment, requiring consistent use of typical office tools and equipment. Employees regularly operate computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines to perform their daily responsibilities efficiently.
This position is predominantly sedentary in nature, primarily involving administrative tasks such as filing. Candidates should be able to lift files, access filing cabinets, and adjust their posture by bending or standing as needed to complete duties efficiently.
