Job summary

RGP is seeking a Financial Coordinator Consultant for a long-term project in the Dallas area. This hybrid role requires two days onsite, with a pay rate of $45–$55 per hour and benefits.

You will work on forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting with a focus on cost centers and variance analysis. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, ideally in a large company, and strong Excel skills capable of handling large data sets.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in finance/coordinator roles.
• Experience in large companies is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update detailed forecasts.
• Budget planning with information from business units and stakeholders.
• Lead cost center reviews with leadership on monthly financials.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, and perform risk and opportunity analyses.
• Track monthly variances and perform month-end reclass and accrual entries.

What You Will Work On

Maintain and update detailed forecasts

Budget Planning-gathering information from Business and working with various stakeholders

Cost Center Review meetings with leadership to review portfolio of financials (will want this person to take the lead on this, monthly is official cadence however, there may be follow up meetings throughout the cycle with updates and key information discussed/info gathered)

Monthly Financial reporting, Risk and Opportunity Analysis
