The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, offering monthly bonus opportunities and a benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k). Proficiency with Open Dental and bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in dental front office or with dental insurances.
• Hands-on experience with billing, insurance verification, collections, and claims submissions.
• Familiarity with CDT codes and dental terminology.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to patients with clarity and compassion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of handling high-volume environments.
• Solid problem-solving and insurance navigation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reasonable bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities
