Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks a Financial Controller for Traka Americas to lead finance operations across the US, Canada, and LATAM. You will oversee Order to Cash, inventory, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and group standards while partnering with senior leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of progressive finance experience, strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with SAP, HFM, and OneStream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
• 8+ years progressive finance experience, including management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting across US, Canada and LATAM.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure ERP-driven reporting and data integrity.
• Mentor finance team and drive process improvements.
