Job summary

Par Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Controller for a hybrid role supporting an international company with a strong US presence. You will lead a lean accounting team and ensure the integrity of financial reporting, internal controls and timely close.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting or Finance, SAP ERP experience, and proven ability to coach, develop and align finance with operations. This is a full-time permanent role with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and delivering timely financial information for business decisions.
• Oversee a lean accounting team including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Payroll.
• Own the month-end close process, audit coordination, compliance, and accounting policies; support working capital management and revenue recognition.
• Partner with Finance leadership, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive process improvements.

This international company, with a key presence in the United States, has been in existence for many years. You would manage a staff of 4 Direct Reports in this role.

The Controller is responsible for leading all accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

This role oversees a lean accounting team, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Payroll, and serves as a key partner to Finance leadership, Operations, and Commercial teams.

The Controller will own the month-end close process, audit coordination, compliance, and accounting policies, while also supporting working capital management, revenue recognition, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Needed:

• -A minimum of a BS or BA in Accounting or Finance
• -ERP (Preferably SAP knowledge)
