The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive finance experience, strong GAAP expertise, and proven leadership capabilities, with proficiency in ERP systems and high attention to detail.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our dynamic finance team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The successful candidate will play a critical part in shaping financial strategies, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, and supporting operational decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards
• Excellent financial reporting and analysis skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with public company reporting
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance

Preferred Education and Experience:
