Position Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Controller who will oversee all accounting operations and provide financial leadership to support company growth. This role works directly with ownership and executive management and plays a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Develop and maintain internal controls
• Conduct cost analysis for trucking and warehousing operations
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Coordinate with external CPA and banking partners
• Provide financial insights to leadership for growth planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or related industry preferred
