Qualifications

• At least 3 years of financial management or accounting experience, preferably within construction.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

This full-time, onsite position is based in El Paso, Texas, with compensation of $60,000–$95,000 per year plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Buildertrend and QuickBooks Online.
• $60,000–$95,000 annual salary, based on experience.
