GLC Group is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of retail and office properties in the West Palm Beach area. You will lead property accounting, investor reporting, and staff development to ensure accurate and timely financial results.

Responsibilities include supervision of the general ledger, NNN lease accounting, CAM reconciliations, and producing consolidated reports for ownership and investors. Strong leadership and CRE accounting expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including commercial real estate property accounting.
• Strong knowledge of NNN leases, CAM reconciliations, and tenant recoveries.
• Experience with financial statements, investor reporting, and multi-property accounting.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and commercial real estate accounting systems.
• CPA preferred, but not required.

This role will lead property accounting, investor reporting, and staff development while ensuring accurate and timely financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee property accounting, general ledger, monthly close, and financial statements.


• Manage NNN lease accounting, CAM reconciliations, tenant recoveries, and operating expense allocations.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for ownership and investors.
