What You'll Own

  • Lead all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger management, payroll, monthly close, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting initiatives, and cash flow strategies that support sustainable growth.
  • Partner directly with ownership and senior leadership to provide financial insight, support strategic planning, and guide key business decisions.

  • Oversee project expense tracking, labor allocations, subcontractor financial reviews, and cost control initiatives.
  • Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and enhance reporting systems to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead audit preparation and maintain strong relationships with banking, bonding, and external CPA partners.
  • Mentor and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We'd Like

  • CPA designation preferred, or equivalent experience in a finance leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in construction accounting, including hands-on experience with WIP reporting, project costing, revenue recognition, and cost controls.
