Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposits and services.

Responsibilities include processing transactions accurately, balancing daily, educating customers on products, and driving referrals through a structured sales approach within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role; or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year+ in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile/online banking) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-ups, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and banking knowledge.
