Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and other banking products and services.

Processing transactions accurately and balancing daily, you will deliver exemplary service while collaborating with colleagues to deepen customer partnerships and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Grow relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and banking knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
