Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and banking products.

You will process transactions accurately and balance daily while delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes educating customers on deposits, growing relationships through a disciplined sales approach, and collaborating

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, or a Bachelor's Degree.
1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
Cash handling skills.
Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
Identifying opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-ups, outbound calls, and referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
Other duties as assigned.
