Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Client Services Associate in Frisco, TX to assist Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts and handling administrative tasks. The role involves customer service, data entry, and coordination of client documentation.

The candidate should be organized, capable of handling multiple tasks, and proficient with MS Office; experience in the brokerage industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
• General understanding of the financial/brokerage industry and regulations.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and maintaining client accounts and records.
• Perform administrative support duties (word processing, mailings, filing, phones).
• Enter trades as directed by financial advisors when required.
• Provide reports and information to financial advisors on request.
• Escalate issues to advisors or branch manager as needed.
