Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years in homecare, healthcare, or call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Validate payer information and document source data.
• Compile data to verify fee sources and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Prepare price estimates and communicate uninsured or out-of-pocket costs.
• Initiate insurance verification and obtain pre-authorization.
• Coordinate with insurers, clinicians, and care teams on authorizations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality across the process.
• Demonstrate leadership and support cross-functional collaboration
