• Specialist I: comprehensive knowledge of financial clearance and insurance verification with 2 years of experience; handles pre-service financial clearance and collections; initiates billing processes.
• Specialist II: 5+ years of financial clearance/authorization experience; handles complex services including surgical and in-house cases; coordinates verification across multiple facilities.
